"Time Warp" consists of acrylic paint layered with henna paste and glitter that is sealed onto the canvas. The raised henna patterns shimmer in changing light and create a tapestry effect. The sparkles in luscious colors can be mesmerizing to watch!
From the Rainbow Connections series: they feature rainbows and rainbow swaths made up of a transmission pattern, usually on a black or gold background. These materials combine my deep loves of henna, color, energy, sparkles and abstract painting.
